Double Bass Hindemith Concerto in Orchestral Tuning ?

Does anyone know of any publications of the Hindemith Concerto in orchestral tunung. I can only find it in solo tuning and I don't want to retune my bass just for this piece.
Lemur says they don't know of any available at this time.
I suppose I could recopy the Piano part in concert pitch but thats a lot of work !!
