Pickguardian is highly recommended in the Rickenbacker forum. You might have send in your guard if they don’t have your pattern. Of course there are others; check on reverb.com.
Would be easy to send them the pick guard, control panel cover, and truss rod cover…so they all match. Thanks for the lead

yeah, that's exactly what they would recommend you do.
I've been meaning for centuries to send them my pickguard from my Epi Les Paul and make me a new one from it.
I bought a piece of multi ply pearl celluloid on Ebay and made the guard control cavity and truss rod covers for my modded Hofner Ignition.
I’m wanting to buy a club bass. Anyone have one they are trying to get rid of? I’d prefer a vintage one but beggars can’t be choosers. I posted an ad in the wanted section, no bites yet.
My pair of Hofners, an HCT and an Ignition. Love them both for different reasons, but the Ignition seems to get more play time. Something about the crispness of the import staple pickups compared to the German pickups.

Ignition pickups definitely have ceramics (taken them apart). Just didn't want to crack open my German pickups to find out if they were alnico or not.And do the Ignitions have alnico or ceramic? Thanks.

During a rehearsal with a piano/guitar/bass player we compared his German Hofner 500/1 with my Hofner Ignition violin bass. Both had flats on them and we both preferred the tone and feel of the neck profile on the Ignition version. Tone could've been the strings. His had Pyramids and mine had Chromes. Mine now wears D'Addario nylon tapewounds.
I have two German models, two Ignitions and one HCT. I prefer my German models every time, but I like the others as well. They all sound good to my ears.

I live in Canada and have ordered from Thomann a few times. So far every experience has been good. They even get stuff to me sometimes quicker than the big Canadian chain. We are used to slow shipping in Canada.
I bought a Harley Benton bass once from Thomann in Germany. Flat rate shipping (something reasonable like $35) and prompt delivery. No problems at all.
I also notice Thomann doesn’t charge tax to USA, that’s a couple hundred bucks of savings.
just got back from guitar center, played an ignition and realized I like the original control panel since it gives so many tonal options. Green Line doesn’t have that so back to scouring eBay and reverb for a deal.

my best-educated guess is that it's an Ernie Ball. he's used Ernie Ball straps a lot in the recent past.
