I tried the price match twice. First time they said they would match the price, and quoted me $49.99. Tried again, and they gave me $19.99. I've had them not match before, but there was always a note/explanation as to why they couldn't. This time, I got the typical sales pitch about how happy they are to beat the price...confused. But not that worried. I was at GC this weekend with a pair in hand, but didn't feel like waiting in line to buy so I told myself if I could get the same deal many of you got, I'd get them (even though I don't really need them). Don't really need them anyway since I have an almost identical set of headphones, I'm just a sucker for a good deal!
I've had a set for over 2 years now with no issues at all. I use them to practice through my PC (Line 6 Pod XT live) and they work fine for that application. For the price, I'm going to get a second set as a back up.
Music 123 is also under the same umbrella of ownership. I bought something from them and needed to return it and the return center address was the same as Musicians Friend.

I've told a couple people about this deal and price match has been successful. For MF and music123. First call and ask if they still price match and beat the competition by 10% (just to be clear what your looking for). Once they say yes or agree, then tell them about GC and headphones. So far from friends and family I told, 6 for 6 so far. Final price $15.90 shipped!!!
