@1shot1hit
I'm really enjoying discourse with you! you are a fine debater and don't seem to resort to just screaming at people (if this were in person). a civil debate is awesome!

Lol no need for any of us to get bent out of shape here, were talking about a few people that have absolutely NOTHING to do with any of us.

Tomorrow we'll all just go on with our lives.

Nothing wrong with civil debate.

I know it's hard to grasp when you need so desperately to prove Z was in the right tp prove that inept vigilante justice should be encouraged.

This is an unfair battle of words as I have no clue how to pick a post apart to quote it like that and can't respond to your separated comments.

They just vanish when I try and quote you.

I'd love to continue but that's making it very difficult. :D

I wasn't being sarcastic. You really make valid points and address all points of others. we're masterdebaters! ( I've been waiting to drop that one for a while lol)

For the record I agree Z was an idiot.

I also think he was a complete douche bag and he reminds me of that nosy @$$ neighbor that is in EVERYONE'S business constantly.

I don't agree with much of what he did that night, I also don't smile when I think about a 17 year old young man dying due to a heaping pile of stupidity from both sides.

I simply agree that once TM decided to get physical he did so in a state that allows the victim the right to shoot. Probably not the best idea.

Had Z caught up to TM before he lost sight of him and this happened I'd be arguing against Z.

But he didn't TM was gone he was out of sight. Z had just told 911 he didn't know where he was any longer.

Then just after the call is dropped all of a sudden TM is right there back in Z's face......That tells me that TM returned to an otherwise defused situation and then is the escalator of the situation.
He could have stayed gone. But he CHOSE to return and get physical. That choice ended his life. NOTHING else.

Say your mom goes out and buys a gun because of a rise in local break ins.

2 weeks later a man breaks in and begins to beat her severely, she has just enough strength and flexibility to reach into her waist and pull out her new .22 she just picked up and kills the attacker.

Is she a coward too Bert? Should she have just toughened up and used her fists?

That is home invasion and a whole different situation. My mom is not stupid enough to follow a supected criminal and ignore police request to back off and let them handle it.

Your really reaching here and please let's leave my mother out of this.

Also Bert I'm all for going back and forth with you on this but as I just said to FreeBass there is absolutely no need for us to get all upset about this.
This situation is an emotional one for the entire country and understandably so.

However just because I feel Z was in the right and TM was responsible for his own death.

And you feel the other way around does not mean we need to get into name calling or insults of any kind.

Yes I carry a gun, I have great reason for doing so as I've discussed in previous threads.
I in no way think it makes me cool, tough, or anything other than prepared for if things happen again.
I carry to protect my children and my loved ones. on two occasions I've been at the business end of someone else's firearm. Once on the highway while my then 2 year old son was in the back seat.

The other was a home invasion robbery at my brothers house while we were being robbed for my brothers idiotic decision to sell weed in a neighborhood that he had no business even being in let alone trying to take over local sales.

I will NOT be a victim again and I will NEVER allow my child to be afraid that he is about to be shot again. Not as much as I can help it anyway.

It's really not reaching, according to you anyone that ends an attack of only fists with a gun is a coward.

And I was referring to a hypothetical mother and at best the story was directed towards Free Bass so it would have been about his mom if anyone. :D
Sorry Free Bass I won't use your mom as example anymore.
