Yeah. Im aware of the Laney brand, probably had one or two Laney combos in the past, but as you say, it's not up there with Darkglass/Sansamp etc so get missed. I guess the low price also puts people off.If this pedal had a different brand on it people would be tripping over themselves to get them. "Laney" has just never quite crossed the threshold into the hallowed ground that Marshall, Fender etc live in.
Last week I get the Nux NPB5. Another one that seems to get missed in the big list. I really like that, but not sure it's better for live work than the Digbeth.
For reference im a very long term Sansamp user. BDDI/Paradriver/Q-Strip, ive had them all.
My criteria for this was I wanted a versatile clean-ish sound with the ability to get it dirty, without changing the fundamental tone.
