How bad i am ? and is this acceptable ?

What I mean is: You should practice playing other things as well, except 16:ths. As I see it, the most fundamental function of a bass line is a rhythm, and you need to practice that. What I hear is you playing so fast you can barely keep up, and as a consequence the rhythmic integrity suffers. Slow down, and play to a simple beat. Once that feels solid you can up the tempo if that's what you're aiming for.
