At this stage it is the little things. Nice hot shower this morning, as I walked down stairs thanked God for the day and my blessings. Made a nice breakfast and some Coffee. Then off to work in my nice truck to my stressful job that I am grateful to have.
You have to adjust your attitude to the positive - life is way to short.

I went to work. These days that's a reason to celebrate another day of living.

Today in management we learned various strategies on how to beat our competition to make our lives easier and theirs harder 
Oh, and I turned in the first draft of my thesis. (biology MS/pre-MBA)

A quick TB before work. Finished work (house painting), bought a six pack, some more TB, now I'll finish of setting up a fretless jazz I'm working on. Last but not least, give my cute wife a squeeze.
I turned 36 yesterday.
Auditioned for an old school ny hardcore band.
Got to play thru an Eden WT-800 + 2 x 410XLT stack... that was fun. Then I switched up to vocals... even more fun.
Had a few beers during & after the jam (and some cheese fries w/provolone), then came home, smoked a lefty, and tried out my new 1-spot (b-day gift from a friend).

Yesterday was great. Got home from work, took my gf upstairs for some lovin, cooked some broccoli cheese quesadillas, puffed, went to practice, puffed some more, came home with a tall can of PBR, and watched Full Metal Jacket with my friend before heading off to bed. Can't wait to get home and start the weekend. Im going to my friends BBQ tomorrow before playing a show, going out to buy a new car on Sunday before going to see my gf's band play. Sounds like a full/busy weekend!
got up at 8, went to the gym,took a shower, classes ( Economics, Stats & History), drove back home from Brussels ( rush hour) & now I'll enjoy some good ol' Guinness with a friend at a chill bar. pretty busy & productive day ( except the driving
