I watched it. I try not to be cynical, but there is so much misinformation and voodoo surrounding distortion on the infowebs that I reluctantly admit I was bracing myself before I started watching.

I left pleasantly surprised, and by the very end, with a better understanding myself. I'm no expert, and apparently there are some things that I take for granted when it comes to these things.
