How do I achieve this sound?

Never heard one single of these names... and none of that seems to be available in the biggest shop around here. They have Boss, Electro Harmonix, MXR, Darkglass, Ampeg, Taurus, Mooer, Tech 21, LR Baggs, TC, Z.VEX, Aguilar.

And I have to mention one thing: my budget is really very limited.

My bad, EHX is the shorthand for Electro Harmonix, so you should be able to find the Hot Wax. The other names you can find on the makers' websites or in the classifieds here, but they aren't budget pedals.

Of the brands you listed and on a budget, I would suggest trying out in the store:
MXR M85 Bass Distortion
EHX Hot Tubes (the "tube" half of the Hot Wax in a standalone pedal)
EHX Hot Wax (worth the extra to get the Crayon side for the treble drive I hear in that YouTube clip)

Maybe someone can give me a hint...

I love the sound of the bass in this track of a great band:

What I have as a basis is a 4-string Yamaha TRBX-504 with Fender Flatwounds and a Markbass Mini CMD 121P.

Any suggestions?

take you bass … add a little over drive … adjust the eq to eliminate high end and boost low mids … try a pick or finger pluck back by the bridge …

I’ve used that same model Markbass combo for years. By itself,it’s too clean. I preamp it with a tech 21 Vt pedal, and you can basically add in as much tubelike grunge as you like.
(I use mine more for fliptop tube flavor).
