How Do I Imbed A Picture?

I set up pictures in Photobucket, copied the URL from there and tried to put it in.
I must have the syntax wrong. I tried to view the source on a post that works to see how the code is written, but my PC locks up when the source code window opens up.

Here is the code I tried: (img)http://s595.photobucket.com/albums/tt39/Pbass66/?action=view&current=PBass600.jpg(/img) I used brackets on the img commands.

If someone could cut and paste an example of one that works I would be in your debt.

Tnx

I had this same problem yesterday trying to explain this to someone else. To copy the image address correctly, go to the place that's hosting your image, click on the image, then right click on it and select "copy image address". This is what should be pasted between
.

Thanks a bunch Chris.

I had to strip out some code in the link, but I can live with that.
BTW, "copy image address" was not available in the WinXPPro drop down menu; I used "copy shortcut" and then stripped "?action=view&current=" from the shortcut copied from Photobucket.

Sorry, it's been a long time since I messed with HTML.
