If you are going to try to adjust them yourself by bending the plastic part of the arm run it under hot water (tap) first makes them more pliable less likely to snap. go slow a little at a time good lucki unfortunately do not have insurance anymore and cant get them adjusted without paying money that i dont have. i may take an old pair of glasses, pop out the lenses, and put them behind the lenses of welding goggles. would solve my problem and look cool at the same time

There are these elastic straps that attach to the ends of the arms and go around the back of your head to keep your glasses in place. Any half decent eyeglass/optician/optometrist place should have them.

These have been working great in my experience. They're pretty much unnoticeable. I think I paid $5 for them at my local Wal-Mart.
