How do you mount your Portaflex fliptops to make a full stack?

Well, if you can't play well it helps to be crafty ;)

I didn't realize yours didn't have handles - my 115 does

Depending on how much work you wanted to put in, you definitely could add some flat mount handles (or even flush mount if you want to cut or route the cabs). If you wanted them permanently attached to each other, you could always screw brackets in to the top and bottom cabs

I have the same rig, 115 with casters on the bottom, 210 on top. Sits fine. Our Play area is carpeted, so a little care is needed if moving the stack. I wouldn't remove the skid rails, they do serve a purpose, I lay them on their backs in my trucks cab when moving them, and they do provide some protection.

If by "securely stacked whilst transporting" means you somehow have them anchored to each other while transporting them, I'd suggest that's probably a bad idea. The weakest part in that arrangement is whatever is securing the two cabs together. So if anything is going to break, it's that rather than the cabs themselves that is going to get damaged. I'd detach your stack prior to transport. If nothing else, they'll be easier and safer to load in and out.

FWIW I've gigged with two 1x15 Ampeg portaflex cabs. I just stacked one on top of the other with no problems. They're pretty broad across the bottom and fairly heavy so they're not inclined to move around much unless somebody keels over on top them. (Depending on the venue, that may or may not be a concern.) YMMV.

Thanks I feel like I've had to explain it multiple times. And everybody just keeps saying "You don't have to"... Well of course I don't have to lol. I I'm very tall with back problems. Transportating a tall stack is much easier than unstacking them and hunching over to roll two short cabs off stage, out of the venue, and out to my vehicle. If I could tilt and roll the whole rig it'd make my life much easier.
