1. He uses TRS/instrument cables to run power from his power amp to his speaker cabs.

2. he buys electrical extension cords, cuts of the ends and sotters in 1/4" ends and mic ends. .

That's hysterical... exactly backwards... low power shielded balanced cables for high power applications, and high power unshielded unbalanced cords for low level signal applications.

well, extension cord (zip cord) makes for perfectly good speaker wire if it's thick enough (16ga or bigger, please), but the rest is hilarious.

don't explain, don't argue, don't roll your eyes. just make damn sure that you are never involved with this goof in any music or production situation ever, and let him disappear from your life.
