How do you transport your gear?

My wife and I used to work as a duo as well as various bands over the years. We fit everything - her guitar and amp and gear bag, my basses, amp and gear bag, a vocal PA with two monitor wedges and a two wheeled folding trolley into our Nissan Pathfinder wagon. It’s tight but in some circles I’m called the guru of spacial awareness.
This is what I use, GMC Pickup w/14ft Trailer.

Years and years ago, when I was on the road a lot, I had two American "boats", one after the other: a Chevy Impala and then an Olds Delta 88. They both had *trunks* into which I could fit two 1x15 cabs, an Acoustic 370 head, two Fender basses (each in a hard case), a duffel bag with cords, power strip, etc., two guitar stands and a bag for my clothes. HUGE trunks!
These days, it's a Corolla. Two-bass gig bag holding Fenders wedged between the front passenger seat and dashboard; one cabinet (usually either a 1x12 or 1x15) on the back seat; two bags with Rumble 500 or 200 head, Trace Elliot Elf, sheet music, cords, power strip, music stand light, clothespins (to secure music on music stand when playing outdoors on a windy day), vocal mic and cable, extension cords, gaffer tape, tuner, screwdrivers, foot tambourine, foot shaker, etc., also on the back seat; music stand, mic stand, 2 guitar stands always in trunk.
For gigs in NYC, with backline: two-bass gig bag holding Fenders, tuner, 2 cables; backpack with Elf (just in case), folding music stand and sheet music. I'll take a commuter train and the subway.

Amazing how much could fit in just the trunk... 19 feet long!
As with you in NYC I can often use public transportation now in Europe. Of course, backline is an issue but also PA, which was very often bring your own in the US on the bar level (with some exceptions, mainly in the more congested urban venues) but have never had to deal with that in Europe except for private events.
Scion XA fits my bass (upright, electric, or both), amp, music stand, and often one other musician with his instrument.

Just the trunk is enough for my Acme B2, milk crate full of cables, power strips, etc. Padded bag for the G-B Shuttle 6.2. Assorted stands and the folding hand truck. My bass rides in the back seat.
Fold the rear seat down and there's room for a whole bunch more.

Cabs, amp, accessories bag, guitar stands, collapsible crate in the trunk. One of my guitarists rides with me and puts some of
his stuff in the trunk as well and his small Marshall amp on the back seat, along with our instruments

Looks good! I have the Lunar Rock. Very similar but slightly different. I do need to get a bed cover though......I'm slacking LOL
I'm super easy these days. Gig bag, small pedalboard, guitar stand. We're ampless. I drive my 05 Trailblazer or my wife's 22 Impreza. I could probably bike if I lived closer to town.
The bandleader is a wonder, though. He fits himself and his wife, two guitars in hard cases, a pedalboard, and then a Bose PA, rack with an X16 and a laptop, bag of mic stands, and boxes with mics, and all the necessary cables into a Prius.
