This is an example of how easy it is for misunderstandings to happen when we rely only on text on a computer screen to communicate. When there is the absence of tone of voice, body language and eye contact, misinterpretation is very easy.

For what it's worth, I don't think there was flaming or offense intended from both parties. Calm down guys. If you wish, take it off the forum. Use the PM function, or use email. Make it private, not public.
