6 Amps for me.

MAX700 aka Firebass -gigged with for 17+ yrs
MiniMega - my main amp for bars and clubs. I have a nice Sansamp/Lexicon effects withwireless setup for the extra features
VB-2 - great recording tone. Too much weight to gig. I have a 2nd one im currently restoring.
VB-3 - for those special one off gigs to basically show off
VB-MA - same as above, but stays in studio mostly as Im scared of it being stolen.

Cabs I run a 210TVX and 115BVX. I have a 2nd 115BVX with a 410TVX, but man that 410 is HEAVEY! Friends called that rig "Stonehenge."

Hmmm . . . 6 or 7 depending on how you score it . . .

GK 1001RB2 with SBX410 and SBX115 (running GK biamp)

MusicMan HD500 with 2 Audiophile 2x12 cabs

Mesa Bass 400+ with 2 EV TL606 (Mesa Diesel, by any other name)

BBE BMAX-T to a Crest CA9 with a Bergantino HT322

Acoustic B450 combo (bought basically dead for dirt cheap), $20 to fix . . .

Orange Crush 50 combo

Phil Jones Bass Buddy (the questionable 7th)

Separate from those, I have a rack bag with my Sennheiser EW-D wireless, a dbx 160A compressor, power distribution, and a tuner that can drop atop and integrate into any of the non combos (wireless to the amp input, com;ressor in the FX loop).

I currently have two amps:
-Bergantino B Amp with two Bergantino 1x12 cabs for that modern, high power, reliable Class D amp - it’s a great sounding amp.

-1966 Ampeg B-15 for that old school vibe that is great for recording or an awesome live tone when mic’d. this one is my favorite sounding and feeling amp I’ve ever played.

Those two amps cover all of my basses.

I currently have two Markbass combos (102P and 121P) and a Traveller 251P cab, a Fender Rumble Stage 800 combo with a Rumble 15 cab, Darkglass Microtubes 900 with DG212 cab, Mesa TT800 with Subway 212 cab, and a selection of preamps (including Origin Effects BassRig Super Vintage,Tech 21 Flyrig / BDDI / VT Bass DI / MP40, Laney Digbeth) to pair up with a GR Bass Pure 800 and AT212 cab.

My current favourite rig is probably Sansamp MP40, Pure 800, AT212.

Yes, I have a severe gear addiction. And I’m loving it. :D
