I was up to nine until 2 days ago, consigned off four, and now down to five. I think I have GAS under control for a while now.

My five:

Novaes 5 string 18mm
Pedulla Pentabuzz 19mm
Pedulla Hexabuzz 17.5mm
Pedulla MVP5 17.5mm
Pedulla Thunderbass 17.5mm

Still way more bass than my lesser talents deserve, but ***, I'm worth it!

I own 8 as of now. My baby is the '98 Warwick Thumb NT. I've added a Schecter Baron H to the collection since I took that family photo.

I'm also having a custom built by the guys over at Alpher Instruments. Thinking about thinning the herd soon, but it's hard to let any go!

Sweet collection! I really dig the one that's the 3rd from the left.. the wood combos in-between the body wings look awesome. What brand is it?

I've owned around 50 all told but currently content with my "perfect pair": a Roscoe Century Standard 5 and a Fender American Standard P-bass 5, both recently equipped with Nordstrand pickups. For a rather significant birthday coming up in 3 years, I will be giving Gard and the boys at Roscoe license to do something crazy.

Had to sell some, lost a couple in a flood that destroyed about 95% of all my family's possessions...also just got busy with work, moving across country, etc. Played a lot of guitar the past year or so because I'm not playing in a band or with anyone else (a situation I hope will change soon.)

But I found a cheap old Lotus P-copy at a local pawn shop today and I think I'm gonna take it home. Might need a little work, but I can do the work.

I'm very happy to be picking up a bass again. I've been playing since 1978 and I've missed it terribly. It's just my instrument. Nothing else compares and I play a few other instruments but I suck at everything but bass.

I've sold 5 within the past 12 months - puts me down to 18 I think. Actually, I'm a car guy, or so I grew up believing. I once witnessed an unforgettable conversation between 2 car guys that
summed up basically states: "When I die your wife gets to dispose of all these things." While I am no where near those guys in collecting: It's not going to be pretty If my wife outlasts me - unless I finally get what accomplishments I have on my table done!
