I am not a regularly gigging musician, nor a teacher, nor am I a session artist. I am a hobbyist at best. With three kids, a mortgage, and bills with a job that doesn't have a regular schedule I barely have time to touch the two basses I do own. A Spector Rebop 5 w/ 18V EMG BQC preamp and a Dean Edge Q4 w/ Barts and an EMG BTC preamp. Both sound and play great, just wish I had more time to dedicate to playing in a band.
