I was part of the slave revolution - Hail Spartacus!!

Listen. The only thing we hate more than the bloody Romans are the Judean People's
Front.
Well. To be fair, the romans did give us the aqveduct, sanitation, roads... Irrigation, wine... Public baths... Medicine...
Darthamus you doof!I think today I want to be Darthus Handsomus.
Firing hundreds of rounds into stalled car with an unarmed suspect is a bad act. That has nothing to do with my post that you quoted.
...unless you're just disagreeing with me in general. If that's the case, then yeah. I don't think the cops acted "badly" in the sense you're using the word. Someone said "sloppy." Yes, I agree with sloppy. Someone said excessive. Can't argue there. Maybe even irresponsible and unprofessional. I'd go along with all of those. But since you're using the same word "bad" to describe the cops and the evildoer(s), you're making a moral judgment on the cops with which I totally disagree.
I think some are having trouble seeing the distinction between the good guys and the bad guys... or, are there no bad guys anymore? Is that a politically incorrect term?![]()
There is far more nuance to the world than "good guys" and "bad guys." We all have character flaws and make mistakes. Some of those mistakes are viewed as significant in our society, most of them are overlooked, some of them are even celebrated.Nothing can cancel the original bad acts. We can only cancel bad people. Cops included.
Robbers, killers, child molesters and rapists don't just have "character flaws and make mistakes" - talk about gross oversimplification. We all have character flaws and make mistakes. In the end we're all human and rarely do we truly live mustache-twirling, black hat wearing, 24/7 villain lives or the inverse. That kind of gross oversimplification exists only in juvenile oriented fiction, and adult oriented "news." :|

Orgies...Well. To be fair, the romans did give us the aqveduct, sanitation, roads... Irrigation, wine... Public baths... Medicine...
I disagree. Society decides what activities are disruptive to order and which are acceptable. The examples you list are disruptive, and ones I don't wish to experience, but that doesn't make them the person preforming those acts 100% evil in each and every context, it simply makes them flawed in a way society won't tolerate.Robbers, killers, child molesters and rapists don't just have "character flaws and make mistakes" - talk about gross oversimplification.![]()
So could Optimus Prime - what's your point? YOU waited for the cops to do it.I just realized something: Hawkeye could have stopped this vehicle all by his lonesome.

kilvinsky's law......"dude pulls a knife, you use your gun....cancel his ticket right then and there"Nothing can cancel the original bad acts. We can only cancel bad people. Cops included.
Absolutely. Ain't nobody got the time or patience to figure out an equal opposing force. Usually.kilvinsky's law......"dude pulls a knife, you use your gun....cancel his ticket right then and there"
