58 according to my calendar. And this year is looking strong. Yet here I sit alone on a Friday night. I guess I'll do a little restringing on 2 or 3 of my "ladies".

I think I was around 200 gigs last year, being a full time musician based out of Nashville. Been here coming up on three years. Definitely the most I've had in a year so far, which is exciting!

something close to 50, but only 1 on upright, 0 on bass guitar. And, I'm not happy about that. I need more bass gigs this year.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do any. I was in a serious car accident in December 2018 and am still home recovering. I was hit head on and then hit from behind. All three cars were totaled. The person who caused the accident was doing 55 MPH in a 40 zone. I suffered injuries to my neck, back, hip, leg, foot, torn ligaments in my left wrist and a severe concussion. I am currently in physical therapy for the third time. I have permanent tinnitus, short-term memory loss and now suffer from migraines. In the next 3 weeks, I have 7 doctor appointments and 8 physical therapy appointments. However, I am remaining positive and look at the bright side. I'm alive, I wasn't paralyzed and I didn't suffer a severe brain injury. I am improving and hope to be cleared to return to normal activities within the next couple of months.

Gives me hope. I got to around 50-60. Not my busiest year.
