How many gigs did YOU play last year?

Seeing at how it's the new year, I took a look back at the gigs I did between the 2 bands I'm in, and a few fill in gigs I did.
I'm not a gig machine as I have a full time day job which limits me a bit, but I still managed to sneak in 45 gigs last year. One of the bands I play in, the keyboardist is a full time gig machine (he does small nursing and senior home solo gigs, plays with multiple bar and wedding bands, etc.), and didn't quite make it to 600 last year.
That's right. 597 gigs in one year!
So I'm curious what some of you guys tallied up over the last 12 months.
I shoot for 2 or 3 a month so I think I did ok overall.
How about it? What say you bass bretheren?

One single, solitary gig. At the Bad Soden Sommernachtsfest. It was raining. The stage was covered, so no big deal. The audience was very much nonexistent. Nonetheless, it was fun.

If you count open stage jam sessions, 50+...

Zero, for the first time in at least a couple of decades. Only played a handful of open mics too. Still get out of the house to jam at least once a week though, and my steady weekly one is pretty killer, so it's all good as far as I'm concerned.

I totaled 15 gigs in 2019. It was a normal year for me. Quiet in the first quarter, then one or two a month. A mix of bars and marketplace venues with a couple of county fair dates.

In terms of quantity and quality I think @BassCliff will put us all to shame.

We played 57 gigs but had to cancel an additional 6 gigs due to a band member having a heart attack and surgery and we had to cancel a few gigs due to winter storms.

So far it looks like I'm doing fairly well. Not that I'm complaining. My wife, now that's another story

I didn’t to a hard tally yet, but we were on pace to do about 85 this year. I think we exceeded that, and I personally did additional sub-gigs. It was a good year.

This year I’ll hit sixty years old, and expect to do more than last year. Getting a lot more sub work lately.

Worst year in many years due to an off of the rails year at my day job combined with losing one of my bass gigs to a well known pro:

as i started subbing for five bands .
... i averaged 6 blues/rock gigs per month {mostly weekends }
along with the occasional odd weekday gig ...

good friend who plays B3 totaled 280+ but he has a crew to set up, tear down, and haul his rig.

~75, I'd say 20 were serious gigs, the rest were 1-2 hour fillers to keep me in shape, or just have a good time.

More important, I ended out in the black with money to spare for more basses in 2020.
