How much do you get paid per gig?

Right now the scene is worst than ever with no private parties and
most club gigs have folded.

Somewhat similar to what is happening in my area. Many venues closed, or ditching live music. The guys I play with have been surviving (they play to pay the bills, whereas I do not) by playing resort hotel poolsides as an acoustic duo all summer. Venues do not want to pay what they used to, and I know that I am worth $25 per set and comp'd food & bev within a limit. The gigs are sporadic for now. Our live karaoke singerbabe announced a move to California, so the landscape is shifting for that aspect as well. At least I am on a lot of first-call sub lists, and get a studio call here & there. I guess that it's times like these where one should be happy to be playing if they are doing so, and learn how to be happy if they are not.
