This explains why so many of you are so grouchy.

You might break a hip/have a stroke if one more person asks about 410/115, the best bass for metal, or Jaco's tone.:D:D:D

I have just started calling myself middle-aged.

  10. I'm 43 and only 4 months into learning the electric bass.
I figure I got the rest of my life to learn music, and my grandparents died in their '80's.... Figure in all the new drugs, gene therapy, other scientific breakthroughs, etc....
I figure I got at least 50 years of playing in me!
    :bassist:
    fnord!

  11. 25 but I've got less than two weeks before I hit my late 20s.

What's the best bass for your mid-life crisis?

I'd say 24 to 26 is mid 20's so maybe things aren't as bad as they seem. Fodera.

  13. Really! Really! Your just a young whippersnapper! If you're in Cali, just go after houring downtown and roll your way into a hot threesome. ought to solve it... try next cinco de mayo!
Just realized you asked about bass, not ass (my bad).;)

  19. As of right now 64% of those who have responded to this poll are between the age of 31 and 60.

    That makes sense to me.
