How old were you on your first gig?

I was 49 and it happened just last week.
I'll be 50 next month.

15. I used to make $300 to $600 every weekend back in the 80's. I was in high school. Good times. Real good times. Money to burn, and I knew everything. (If you didn't believe me, all you had to do was ask). All the girls from those days are fat, and the money is long since blown, but I wouldn't trade those days for anything. Now I'm pushing 40, about to be a dad, and I wouldn't trade THESE days for anything. Life was good. Life still is good.
