How the FRICK does this guy slide his harmonics

I heard Percy Jones, Mick Karn, and Fernando Saunders(while playing with Lou Reed)do that sort of thing decades ago.

Right. As stated before, if I have a fretted bass with really crystal clear harmonics I can sometimes move the harmonic a whole step. The fret then changes the fundamental.
the trick is to not fully fret the notes, and you can get farther with the harmonic slide. it's kind of like sliding your finger on top of the string without fully pressing down for the string to make contact with the frets.
