how to add an avatar (little image)

i know i'm going to be flamed for asking this question here, but i don't know which forum to ask it.
mods, go ahead and move this when you see it.

i found the "my talkbass"
i then found the "control panel"
i see where it says "edit avatar"
but there is no where in there to specify a link to the image
i have (on my web site, ready to be used).
i've tried all of the other options in the "control panel",
and would now just like someone to point it out for me.

That is the "forum questions" forum. First of all, you must become a supporting member. ANd for all the info you can gain here, it's worth the 20 dollars a year.

Probably the best place to have asked this would have been in the "Forum Questions" forum.

However, since you asked, you cannot add an avatar unless you are a supporting member. As you are only a registered user, you will not be able to add one.

There is a link to donate on the left of screen if you would like to upgrade your member status.

you can also click the edit post button, and delete the whole thing. Saves some space and clutter, and then you won't get 14 more responses, or any flaming from anyone. Keep it low, and enjoy Talk Bass.

Alternatively, if you send Benjamin Strange a Private Message twice a day for about three weeks, with the words "support for me" in the body of the message, you might get upgraded for free.
