But how to keep your tone on the mixer.
Many mixers, many places.
Without your cab and amp head.
My basses are all active the only preamp pedal i have is MXR -M81 and i really like it. I use it sometimes to try to fix my sound when the mixer guy don't agree to talk.
My DI is Radial J48.
I did play on a big church and my bass was sounding like a car with a big stereo sound system that vibrate everything. I told it to the guy and he didn't like it at all. He told me he knows how to use his EQs. So i could not mess it up.
