I'm sure most of you are familiar with Snarky Puppy, but if not...
A few questions here, and these really apply to any studio recording several instruments at once...
How do they do it? Do they use multiple interfaces such as a Scarlett 18i20 on the same rack and send them to the same computer? Or mixer? I'm amazed at the sound quality for a live setting such as this. The engineer/s behind it all must be pretty talented guys. Also, is it assumed that the keyboards go straight to the mixer/ interface and to each person's headphones? Or do you guy think they're amplified?
