i cant post in general

I don't know if its just a new member thing or not but i cannot choose general forum t ask a question, the question i wanted to ask doesn't belong in ant other section as its t creating my own bass.

so is the inability to do that just a new member thing? and if so what should i do to get available?
is it just a waiting thing?

I just looked at your account and don't see anything blocking you from posting in the general forums. Since you are a brand new member, you might just not have a feel for the software yet. Where are you trying to post?

I'll check again, all i know is that is was greyed out and i couldn't select it at all. i was going to ask a question involving the creatin of my own bass, im not sure which sub section it will exactly need to go in

Hmm. Can you view the individual forums from the forum list? I’ve never seen the page you linked showing where you can and can’t post a thread.

That's because there are no threads under General, only sub-forums. This is by design. Note the same situation on the DB side.
