So you slipped and went all the way through the headstock? Can you post a pic of your drill too?
I'm gonna need to see that dog too. Edit: you beat me to itOk, I knew someone would say something. This is the honest to God's truth. I was kneeling hunched over with the drill and my daughter's stupid dog mounted me and tried to hump me. Fighting that huge bastard off and next thing I know there is a hole in my headstock.

But the hole in the headstock has to be precisely the correct size and in the exact spot of harmonic confluence. And only YOU know where that is...![]()

That's kinda like going to stop your car and your foot slips onto the accelerator..............and you keep driving straight through a whole block of a strip mall instead of just taking your foot off the pedal............why didn't you take your finger off the trigger?Installing new tuners my drill slipped and I slammed through all the way. I've filled it in with wood putty. What should I do now to blend it to where it won't be so obvious that I'm a moron?
