I posted a thread about a week ago asking if $500 was a good deal on a musicman sub. I got alot of good replies so I thought id show you guys my new baby.
I absolutely love this bass. I haven't played a musicman sterling plugged in but I have played a HH stingray unplugged. The feel is just as solid. Its heavy but I don't mind. The sound I get is great, even through my crate BT50. It sounds just like a musicman should. It doesn't even seem used. The sterling feels like it was made for me. I didn't expect it to feel smaller than my fender but it does. Having 22 frets is nice too. Im not much for the pickguard so I will probably get a black one or maybe a white pearloid in a month. Alot of people dont like the finish but I love it. It looks sparkly and feels cool. If your thinking of getting a SUB I say go for it. I don't think you will be disappointed. Shame they are discontinued.
