I have a micro micro brewery at home. Production capacity full-out would be about 20 gallons a week, if I had time.

Yer goin' ta the wrong bars mate. Bud or Miller taste like pig urine (so I have been told, never tried the comparison test myself) but a real beer or an ale....keg or beg.

I'm 38 and I love beer. I had three while editing a mix. Two with dinner and I think one more but I have another one right here in my other hand while I text this with my thumb. My wife keeps taking them when she brings me a freshy. I think she might have ulterior motives. She cooked a fine meal of pork belly wrapped around bean sprouts and string mushrooms with rice, miso, and salad. I'm gonna have to keep an eye on her, as blurry as that I may be.
I'm coming over to your house for dinner one of these days. I'll bring some Colorado Microbrews with me.

There's a reason why they call it an acquired taste. I don't know anyone who liked it when they first had it. And I don't like a lot of it (some call me a snob as I don't like the big huge macro-brews like Budweiser and Coors).
That's because you never had a good cup of real coffee. I roast my own beans and then grind what I need right before making a cup. It's a world apart from the stuff you get at Starburnt's, diners and restaurants. Good coffee is never bitter.
If you ever get to go to a real coffee roasting establishment, try a lightly roasted cup of coffee that was roasted within the past couple of days. It will be like the difference between Melba Toast and a loaf of bread fresh out of the oven.
Beer? I like it once in a while. I don't drink it much so I buy the more unusual micro brews and have one or two during band rehearsals and share it with the guitar player (we play at his house so I bring a six of different beer every time I go there as a token of appreciation for the use of his home, electricity, etc). If I'm looking to do serious drinking I stick with Maker's Mark and coke. Me and whiskey, we've come to an agreement over the years.

That's what all coffee connoisseurs say. When they make me a cup of their coffee that's supposed to be the greatest on earth, it still tastes like warm, bitter water to me.
I don't like coffee either.
Try it in a different form. I drank coffee for the energy boost for years and hated it. Then I dated a girl who was a barrista, and she had an espresso machine at home. She got me absoluetly HOOKED on soy lattes. Tastes completely unlike brewed coffee. In other words, it actually tastes good, not like dirt and water blended together
