Alright, based on this thread, I had ordered my setup. The amp finally arrived yesterday. This is my first amp in a while. After my Park combo seized, I've just been playing acoustic bass. I haven't been in a band for 20 years but this Carvin rig sounds ready to gig. I just did a quick soundcheck and will have to take a better picture. For EQ, I turned all the eq knobs to 9am. For the speaker cable, I got a Planet Waves 5'.

Wait until you start messing with the eq, especially the low and high mids. Great sounding amp! Enjoy!

I just got mine. Love it ... what great tone and versatility. I'm going to use it on stage as a direct box. It will replace half my pedal board. Great piece of equipment.
