Yeah, I was confused too, but I think that's the case.

Thank your lucky stars a good guy bought it. Somebody with less scruples could have saved over $2000 (and months of waiting) on a beautiful custom bass.
I'd maybe take this to the lounge or delete it, just in the off chance the guy comes across this forum. Call me cautious...

If you want to get anything like this done, go to the station and be prepared to sit for a while lol.
The trucker, I really do not know. either he just plain scammed me by seeing the lost and found ad on CL or I have a nice new bass OTW that isnt mine. If it is the latter then I can find the true owner in town somewhere.
I am getting a bit old for the Ol' FuBar. I hope the cops take care of this.....

Yeah... I think jady needs to clarify things for everyone here. There seems to be confusion about which bass, who stole it, who he sold it to (or didnt sell it to), how much it was sold (or not sold) for, something about a female trucker...
I thought i had it all figgured out: the address, the FuBar, the beer, but then there was all this talk about a bass.
