Check out the MXR Blue Box. 2 octaves down and fuzz together. Sounds great on bass. Also check the Orbit by Copilot - not really an octaver but it get sort of octave down sounds and laser gun noises. Copilot also does the Cubic, which is an octave pedal.

Also, not TECHNICALLY an octaver, but the Digitech Bass Whammy has to be one of my favorite pedals of all time. I miss that guy.
