I wanna buy an Envelope Filter

Hey guys , I have played bass for about 7 months but my teacher and my friends say you are such a talented bass player.I'm trying to play marcus miller , larry graham , chic , jamiroquai...etc. and I want an envelope filter.I think envelope filter is the best choice for funk , for me...I can't decide : My teacher has a Mini q tron envelope filter (mini q tron Envelope Filter bass (mert sever) - YouTube) but in my country a few people play bass , and a few of these people use envelope filter. That's the main question : Dod FX 25B or Mini Q tron envelope filter or Micro Q tron envelope filter or another thing (you can advice). And please share your think : Is my English bad ? :)
Note : I heard Flea uses Dod FX 25B too , and I think It's the best choice for me...What do you think about that ?

I would recommend the Source Audio Bass Envelope Filter Pro. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] It just came out, and has rocked my world since I got it. It has 6 programmable presets and an ungodly number of sounds. It has an adjustable 8 band EQ, 23 settings from single peak to triple peak, from peak and notch to 2 pole and 4 pole low pass filters. It has emulations of some great filters. It has tap/tempo in LFO mode, has I believe 8 LFO shapes, and a backpage menu that allows one to control the LFO, the various ways to control modulation and LFO through an expression pedal, and perhaps most importantly, has Lo Retain, allowing you to still keep the lowest lows. For $219, it's the best deal on an envelope filter, IMO. Plus, all my relations with the company have been super positive, and I will never sell this pedal. You can probably tell from my enthusiasm how much I dig this pedal. :hyper:

The one pedal that will always be on my board is my ehx enigma q-balls. It has a GREAT straight envelope sound that really cuts through the mix. Plus, it has a lot of knobs, and knobs are generally cool.
