I'm well aware that this was a long shot. I plan on buying another amp but thought it would be nice to have my old one back. I played a lot of shows with it.

I could have helped a lot of you guys out... I had a 69, 76, and reissue svt. I also sold within the last year my 69 b15n.

I don't want YOUR 69 SVT, I only want my old one. I sold it to a guy from New Hampshire back in 83. Anyone know that guy?

About 5 years ago I sold my Mesa walkabout on eBay to someone in Pitts PA. It was custom covered. Wine Taurus with a wheat grill. The grill had a small rip in the bottom corner and there was a small pen mark on the top handle.

I'm in Pitts and I remember that unit...but the rip sucked so I replaced the speaker grill.

See? I am so done with makin' those kind of f#@k ups. Been there, done that back in the 80's. I''ve traded a pre-CBS, and an early CBS-period P-Bass for a Ibby SR800, and a B.C. Rich NJ Series Warlock. Years later, I realized the error of my ways. Never again!
I've had the EXACT, SAME rig since Eden came out with the WT800, and the 4X10 XLT cabs in '93, '94?. Hell,my last bass purchase was in '97! As a matter of fact, from what I've gathered, I have one of the earliest Eden WT800's produced. How that happened with me livin' in hick-ass WV, I'll never know. All I know is 2 things. It's never hiccuped (neither have the cabs) once the whole time I've had it. I've found MY TONE, and I ain't budging until my ears tell me otherwise. My advice? Bite the bullet and buy another one.

Hey everyone that thought I was crazy... There is a guy selling a 76 svt head and flight case that was my main amp for years. (during the same time I had my walkabout). Doesn't seem so far fetched anymore.
