When my brother and I were little kids, my dad, who was in the U.S. Army and National Guard, took us to the local Army and Navy Store in Johnstown, PA and bought each of us a P-38. I have carried it with me ever since and it has been quite a useful tool as a can opener, screwdriver, and other things. I have used it many times with band gear. It always reminds me of my dad too!
