I won't get into this but what you see on paper, is far different from the reality as for the U.K, the NHS? I'm afraid you take your chances quite a bit these days, if it isn't MRSA it's overworked poorly paid inexperienced graduates, making bad mistakes.
You get that everywhere, it's not exclusive to the UK or the NHS. It's just in some places you get that, and they send you a bill afterwards.
