I would of.

Here's one more that drives me batty: Unless you're talking about the instrument, the expression is NOT "Viola!" It's also not "Walla!":rollno:

It's "Voila!" (Literally, "Look there!") Learning one actual French word won't make you a commie, I swear.;)

Ah, a million thanks to you.

Depending on the use, it can also be the perfect past of the verb "to rape", violer. Which is why sensible folks don't scream "Viola" in a crowded French place. :p

Also, Voilà! is said voo - ah - lah. There's no W.

Haha, I just had this conversation with my wife yesterday. You are right, it's "converse," not "conversate." Bless her little heart :)

OMG, I hear that whole -ate thing more and more at work and it drives me crazy. I could be sitting in a meeting at work with people I've never met before and I can pick out all the climbers based on the number of times they try to blow out of proportion anything they're taking credit for by adding -ate to the end of words that clearly don't need it. Same thing goes for -tion and -ize and probably other suffixes I can't think of off the top of my head right now. The worst of the offenders, the climbers who aim the highest but have no hope of ever getting there, even combine those suffixes to create even more annoying non-words.

Good thing we aren't allowed to bring weapons into work! :D

The "Anyway" person.

You're having a conversation and give some useful input or give provide another opinion and they follow with Anyway. It's SO dismissive of your input. It's not a conversation at that point it's something else. When "anyway" shows up I usually reply in kind. "Anyway I need to get going. Talk to you soon. Bye!"

The heavy daily offenders are mixing up your/you're, there/their/they're, and to/too.

Still fairly common is mixing up then/than: "My amp is louder then yours," and using apostrophes for any word that ends in 's': amp's, cab's, etc.

Less common but still seen at least once a month is using commas instead of apostrophes (this is so visibly wrong that I just don't understand it): I,m don,t can,t

+1,000,000! Disagree with me all day; that's cool. Just don't dismiss what I have to say.

Yep, close relation to "whatever", especially when they hold out the "ever" part of it.
