Ibanez Promethean 5110 combo

I just picked one of these up used for home practice/small giga and I have to say its one of the best little combos ive ever played. I was suspicious of how much low end you could get with only A 10"speaker but this thing cranks. I used to own a GK 200mb combo that was nice but this combo is nicer, i think. Extremely versitle. Can add a cab to the 110 combo, can pull the head off completely and run it through my Aggies if my Markbass craps out, can plug in headphones to practice at night when the kids are asleep. 300/500 watts is more than enough for what I ever need. Light and very pprtable. The only thing I dont like about it is the padded carrying bag.. No handle on it, just a strap.

Awesome!
I used one of those with the extension cab at gigs and received so many compliments on my sound. Even playing with a loud drummer, I ran the gain and master about 10 o'clock. If you can find an extension for it, it definitely is worth it.
My amp ended up doing some weird things and had to send it to the shop twice I didn't want to give it up, but Ibanez couldn't make it act up to repair it. My local store refunded my purchase and let me keep the cabs and I still use em.
I did rewire the combo cab with a jack, due to that silly pigtail they hardwired in. Makes it difficult to use with another amp.
