KTS Titanium rods inside the 1820's neck, while unknown whether they exist inside the 1300's.
Good to know.AFAIK The SR1300 does have Titanium rods. So far it seems its just that the SR1300 has a Ash / Walnut top and the SR1820 has a Walnut/Flamed Maple top. I'm guessing that its purely cosmetic, and I would say I prefer the look of the SR1820.
This is correct. 2016 and 2017 have kts, 2018 does not.I think they dropped the rods in the 1400s and below when they changed the woods. If you want the rods make sure you are getting a 2017 model (wenge, bubinga, rosewood).
