Ibanez SRF700 Volume Controls

Hi Folks-

I'm new here, and I'm STUMPED!!!

I just took delivery of a new Ibanez SRF700 bass. Unpacked, and plugged in.

My 3 volume controls don't seem to work. When I turn the volume all the way down, the volumes stay up! Can I be missing something obvious and stupid?

Thanks. I'm aware. The bass has to be miswired. But thanks. The volume control DO NOT WORK. I can't believe it. It's going back.

Hi, I gave up. I sent it back. I'm having my cheap SX Jazz-type fretless 5 string set up, retired, and with new pickups. We'll e how that goes.

A little more back story:

I initially bought the bass at Sam Ash in Edison, NJ. I had to order it. When it was finally shipped to me, there was a huge dent in the body. I sent it back for a replacement. The replacement was the one with the volume controls that didn't work. I took it as a sign and gave up.
