ibanez srx700/500 bridge saddle angles

I've noticed a few Accu cast b20 bridge saddles, mine included, are all on a nasty angle as the height screw is on one side, some bridges the other hand look dead straight. My hinge pins are fine. Any users of this type of bridge notice that as well and/or any tips on correct setup to keep them straight or doesn't it matter? I've tried almost everything so thinking it may be a design characteristic. Thanks.

i can't say I have noticed this om my SRX500, can you post a pic of the issue?
Heres a sample pic, it`s not mine but the same. Intonation screws seem to hold the left side down and the height screw is on the RH side and pushes on to a hinged plate attached to the saddle but only seems to lift that side.

Oh OK, that's pretty obvious, no mine doesn't seem to be that bad.... I can see what you mean. mine do lean slightly but not like that, however mine is set very low. thanks for sharing the image as i couldn't have guessed that the bridge saddles could be that slanted.

edit: By the way after looking again my bridge also has no holes in the end of it like that one. its similar but no holes.... Why is mine different. I have had the bass from new.

The music store I work at just resieved an ibanez srx700 for repair. The saddles on it are even worse! They are simply pot metal. I took some pliers to them and they straightened right up but i still wouldn't trust them. I don't yet know what we are going to replace them with but I will respond when I do.
