The intrinsic value of the iconic stature of any given band/artist’s art or logo really depends on whether you listen to them, and if their music has affected or spoken to you. One’s age may come into play as an influence, but it shouldn’t really.So almost none of these stand out. They're all cool but to call any of them iconic would be such a stretch. Probably because there are just so many of them. I wonder if that's because I've been listening to mostly metal and in these bands, the logos and covers are usually so crazily overdesigned that it almost loses it's all meaning.
Seeing a simple "Band Name" logo after that has no effect on me whatsoever.
