Identify Fender Precision neck date info

Hello,
I have a replacement Precision neck bought from Ebay and I am not familiar with this particular style of neck date. Any help with dating it would be appreciated.

You might have better results if you move this from the double bass forum to the electric bass forum.

That appears to be a 1971 neck but I’m not an expert.
