Identifying a song

Hey guys. It's be absolutely ages since I have posted here, but I couldn't think of a better place to ask the identity of a song. I have it as an mp3, so I'm not sure where I should upload it so you can hear it and help me out.

I believe it's a Dream Theater song, but the Shazam app on my iPhone doesn't recognize it (which is surprising since it has worked so well for me so far).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It works for me. It brings me to a megaupload page which requires you to put 3 letters in to authenticate you're a human and not a bot to download the file. It then takes 45seconds to be able to download it..... Man.. what a pain in the neck! lol. Is there an easier way to host this? I love this song, and I really want to know what it's called and who performs it if not Dream Theater.
