This is a private collection. The Ferrari's are parked in a museum (not open to the public) that he built under his house for $6 million. He lives in the village next to ours. He drives all of his cars.

His Muira is orange, although it doesn't look it in the picture.

I was able to not only find his house on street search, but the small house on the property that one enters the museum from, as well as the garage entrance from a side street. Really discreet entrance.

Do you still have to buy them as a rolling chassis and have all the DOT requirments added on here?? That gets expensive!! Newer ones here in Florida are often listed in the $80K range.

I have no idea. But even 80k is less expensive than a Lamborghini or similar.

Gotta love the MGBGT's! My Dad converted some of the British electrics to American. I know that he did a lot of machining on Mallory distributors to make them fit the British motors. His always ran well but he spent a LOT of time making them so so

I had webers on quite a few vehicles, They're actually a great carb with lots of versatility. I had downdrafts on VW's and sidedrafts on several AutoX cars and a Harley. My Dad's focus was always on the ignition systems.

True, but............. The Z4 and some minor mods are my limit until the kids are out of the house, earning 6 figures In addition to the Beemer, I'd rather have a bass boat and a Harley instead of putting all my FUN eggs in one basket!!

Like the Webber, they just need to be understood. I had Amal carbs on several Europen dirt bikes over the years. Actually, once they are rebuilt with an American made rebuild kit, they're pretty damn bullet proof. That said, I couldn't imagine farting around with something so primitive by todays standards

The early Bing carbs were also somewhat of a headache.

grew up with slot cars mini-bikes,go-carts,dirt-bikes and all the rest,unfortunatly i didn't stay on the `geetars' like i should have,,,(wah!) but i'm having a great time now


i have a `67 GTO i bought when i was fresh out of high school,just got her back on the ground with new brakes bearings,now to figure out how to make that old motor live on todays gaz,then i have a `68 Impala SS Mom bought new,took my DMV drivers test in it as well as drove it HS grad. night(now how many people can say they still have the car they drove THAT night?)

problem is even though it will run(i tossed a low mile 307 in there out of a wrecked`68 Biscayne),she's rust bucket from he!!,no make that=HE!!,,rusty floors,trunk,lower quarter panels and on top of that the value is in the toilet(look at `68 SS impalas on eBay),,,,(sigh) but facing retirement from being an `autobody person' with 30 years in it,,,and summer coming,i MIGHT have to DO that old girl!(or maybe not)

i also have a couple`dirt bikes' one's the lightest LCooled 500 ever built,the other is prolly one of the heaviest`dirt bikes' ever made(KTM GS600) with the ROTAX motor,built like an old PEAVEY TNT,,,and your favorite claw hammer,she's like 325 with four gallons of primo on baord but you can drive down the interstate or waddle up any trail anywhere any time
