If this happened at one of my gigs I would absolutely cry...

I thought they pulled pretty well considering it was a spontaneous moment. The bass player was a total fail since he did not seem to play along with it much. The bottom line is the crowd enjoyed it.
+1 He had no clue.
Come on, it's AC/DC not Rush.
AC/DC played properly always gets a good reaction but that was great.
 
Yeah that crowd was there to have fun. I see Zero problems. Even if they are an originals band (I didn't bother even figuring out who we're talking about here because it doesn't matter) it's a fun thing. Let it go.

Why would you cry? Don't get it at all - if the crowd go with it like that, go with the flow!
I actually had that happen with a tune I wrote, last summer, at a Nerve reunion show. That really almost made me cry.

Easy song to remember, but it was quite moving... this song is at the top of the list of likes, for songs I've written. It's on the talkbass CD by the way, iffin anyone still has that thing :).



And then I had a girl come up and completely sing another song, because the new singer was effing it up.
