let's see, some of this I have managed to get already:
- a Carvin bunny 5 or 6 string (I have a bb75 now so I'm happy!)
- a 2 band stingray 5 (I have a usa ebmm sub 5 fretted, perfect! my main bass still...)
- a 3 band stingray 5 fretless with piezo (I have a 2 band usa sub 5 fretless...)
- a fender jazz 5 string passive (I have a squier affinity jazz 5 - close enough for j...)
- an octave 8 or 10 string (I have a hag hb-8 - fits the bill)
- a furniture erb that sounds/looks/plays great with low action for two handed tapping (I have a btb 556 that fits that bill)

- something that sounds like an upright when recorded (even bowing!) - not yet!
- something with a low F# string (or low low E string) - not yet!
- an acoustic bass guitar - not yet!
- my dream - a light weight dive-free triple-neck fretted 5/fretless 4/piccolo 4 bass (still lives only in my head).
